REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Online Abaya will give refund amount or exchange the product with new one under the following conditions;
1. All items ordered at Online Abaya are quality controlled. However please check your product carefully after delivery. In the unlikely event that you find any damage/defects in the delivered product you may inform us within 2 days at first instant and return the product within 7 days from delivery date.
2. Product should be in original & unused condition.
3. We may exchange the product with new one or give refund of your purchase price excluding shipping & handling charges.
4. We do not cover the cost of return shipping as you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in return shipping. All returned items are subject to inspection.
5. Please note there could be a variance in colour due to screen resolutions which cannot be perceived as a defect. Also due to the manual nature of the embroideries there can be notable variations in embroidery designs which are common industry accepted standards for hand-made items.
1. Online Abaya takes customer privacy seriously and will never sell, loan, rent, trade, barter, bet, or give away any personal information you provide during your order.
2. We only use personal information submitted by a buyer to aid with completion of a transaction, processing and shipping your order to your address or for a customer service concern.
We offer local & international shipping. In order to provide customized design and perfect size as per customer requirement, we start our production only after receiving the customer orders. Delivery time will be around 7-10 days[production + delivery] from the date of order. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your purchase and will be available at check-out process.
